What makes a stakt mat different from the yoga mat I have now?
stakt is a multi-purpose fitness mat. Most mats on the market were designed with yoga in mind. Our mat is designed with a variety of practices in mind- including sculpt, pilates, HIIT and more. It's 2x thicker than the average yoga mat, making it extra supportive and comfortable. And of course, stakt's unique foldable design means it doubles as a step stool, yoga block, meditation seat and more.

How do I use my stakt mat?
Plank, jump, dance, lunge, balance... you can use your stakt mat however you like. Fold up your mat for extra support or to add a challenging variety to your workout routine! Check out our On-Demand videos or our Movement Library for stakt specific workouts
How do I care for my stakt mat?
We recommend using the Stakt Cleanser Spray. Otherwise, using a hand towel, wipe down with warm water and oil-free soap. Please do not leave your mat outdoors for extended periods of time.
What are the materials?
The mat is made from EVA Foam Blend, a safer alternative to PVC Yoga Mats

- Maneuver the product with the Silicone portion- avoid touching the metal threads as in some cases they can be sharp

You'll receive two hand weights that can each flex from 2 to 4 to 6 LBs.

The weights adjust between 2, 4, and 6 LBs. The total package weighs 12 LBs.

Unhappy with your mat? We ask that products are returned within 30 days of receipt. Please use stakt.loopreturns.com to initiate a return. Returns for a full refund will incur a 5.95 handling fee. Returns for store credit are free of handling fees.
