Dianna is the founder of the sought out virtual studio and personal training brand, Dynamic Fitness. Based on Long Island, her 10 years teaching techniques like barre, pilates, lagree, TRX and HIIT combined with her knowledge of anatomy and class sequencing has led to the creation of her own class; Pilates Strength. Dianna has an athletic and functional approach to movement. Her three main goals for clients are for them to learn how to train smarter, move better, and progress further.
Dianna and Dynamic Fitness have been featured in Good Housekeeping, NY Magazine, Self Magazine, News 12, and Discover Long Island.
She is a certified personal trainer through the National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF), a certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), a pre and postnatal performance training specialist, and has earned TRX, Pilates, and Lagree certifications. Growing up an athlete, movement has always been a part of Dianna's lifestyle, and she works to incorporate the gift of movement into as many lives as she can.
